Kiva is graduating soon from Ithaca College with a degree in Television and Digital Media and Entrepreneurship. He was previously educated at United World College Costa Rica for two years, earning an International Baccalaureate diploma in the process.

At Ithaca College, Kiva worked as a social media manager for the school's platforms, producing content that promoted college life, club activities, and alumni relations. He worked in documentary filmmaking in Zimbabwe, co-creating a project on the mixed community and conducting research across the country and gathering interviews from families who lived during apartheid.

He received a business research grant from the Ithaca College School of Business to research the grey market for public transit in Zimbabwe as research for his app, Weru.

More recently, Kiva worked for Times Square Alliance in New York City as a Digital Marketing Intern, where he covered high-profile events, worked in stakeholder relations, and supported outreach programs for the unhoused community. Following a Princeton in Africa fellowship, he plans to pursue a career in marketing and social media. Originally from Texas, he enjoys filmmaking, music production, and exploring new cultures.
